About the Program
The Barwon Regional Cricket Academy is a 10-week high-performance program designed to support the development of female cricketers striving for representative pathways.
The program provides a supportive and inclusive environment where players are encouraged to develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy their cricket while being challenged to improve.
With limited squad sizes, the academy creates a positive learning environment where players are supported individually, given time to develop, and guided to get the most out of their game.
The academy caters for U14, U15, and U19 players, with sessions tailored to suit the needs of each group while maintaining a clear high-performance focus.
