With five years of experience of Victorian Country representative teams (from U/12 to U/19s), Lachie brings a wealth of playing and coaching expertise to his role.

Lachie is known for his strong communication skills and his focus on player development, particularly in Batting, Off-Spin bowling, Fielding, and Game Management.
